Which country is better for pursuing Masters in mechanical: Canada or New Zealand?

Getting a job in New Zealand is a bit hard as compared to Canada as I have worked in an automotive company for 1 year in the production department. Please suggest me some good colleges with low fee structure in South Western Ontario.
