Which country is better for pursuing Masters in mechanical: Canada or New Zealand?

Canada currently is very welcoming in terms of job and education both whereas New Zealand boasts of some of the world known MNCs based there but getting a job might not be easy. Getting a job in New Zealand is a bit hard as compared to Canada as I have worked in an automotive company for 1 year in the production department. Please suggest me some good colleges with low fee structure in South Western Ontario.
