Which country is better to pursue MS in automation and PLC with low fee structure?

I am pursuing M.Sc (instrumentation science) but I want to pursue MS from abroad in automation and PLC.

Hello Radhakisan, On the basis of your requirements, Germany seems to be the best option. You must check with the requirements though as German universities are highly selective and high academic grades are required. You may refer to DAAD website for more details. Please check http://www.daaddelhi.
