Which country is better to study B.Tech with less cost of living and cost of education?

Hello, Germany offers high quality education, bachelor degree programs are almost free of cost. However very high percentile is required to be admitted. Canada is another competitive and good option. Other alternatives include Singapore, Hong Kong, Poland, Ireland etc.
