Which country is providing MS in low cost with low living cost after B.Tech?

hi i am pursing my btech 4th ece i will cmplte it in may 2011....i am intrstd ion mba international business bt i havn't tkn any exam,cn u help me whch xam shd i tke and dates of exams...even i am ready to do ms,let which country is best for part time work and low living expenses and low fees.

HI KAVITHA IF U WANNA GO FOE MBA ABROAD THAEN EITHER U HAVE TO GO FOR GRE OR TOFFEL FIRST, THEN WITH THE SCORES U MAY PPLY TO THE UNIVERSITIES OF CHOICE.
