Which country is the best for higher education for a B.tech (Boitech) having a GPA of 6.2

My GPA is 6.2 ( not relative).my class topper's GPA is 8.4. Right not im pursuing Btech in Biotech. so which country is best for me for higher studies, some people suggets Germany , Netherlands, sweden , USA et cetera.. Which is the best one to cotinue my higher studies(& sm wid free education).

Hi Akash, for free education do not compromise on what you expect from a course. If you tell me in which subject you are pursuing BTech and in which you would like to pursue Masters then I ll be able to help you. USA does n't give education for free though but a very good option if one is ready to
