Which country is the best for students to get easy PR in 2-3 years, study and for settlement amongst Canada or New Zealand?

You can get PR easily in both these countries after living more than 2 years but more than that Canada gives 3 years work permit and New Zealand gives only 1 year of work permit after doing diploma. So, Canada would be more convenient if you really want to stay there.

Really depends on the demand of the program you study, skill shortage and your credentials as a whole.
