You can do it in Uk. if you are looking for UG. you can take up BE automobile Engineering Hons programs. This honours program means two year you study, third year you will working with full time paid internship and fourth year come back to university study and complete your course. Though tuition fees is Rs 10 lakhs per year. you can take a bank loan for 20 lakhs and pay first year fees and go. By earning part time job you can pay second year fees.
