Which country is to prefer for doing mbbs - China or Philipines.

I got86%in XIIth.I want to pursue mbbs abroad.Im confused about - Philipinne or China. English is an advantage in Philipinnes&China has world class infrastructure, further- people says that Indian students r not allow to handle patients where as in Philipinnes they r allowed to do so.I need guidance
