Which country should I prefer for mechanical engineering in abroad?

The tuition fee in Germany is heavily subsidized, so it is cheaper to study there than in some private college even in India. The German job market is in huge demand for mechanical engineers. Hence, they also have a few of the world class institutes such as RWTH Aachen, etc. So, job abundance along with good education at minimal cost. I would suggest Germany. -
United States of America is better.
