Which country should I prefer for MS among Australia and Germany? I am doing ECE and belong to a middle-class family.

Australia is expensive in terms of living so if money is not an issue you may try. Germany, on the other hand, is highly competitive, if you don't have a strong academic record applying to Germany may not yield a result at all. You need to evaluate factors like your profile, country-specific requirements, fees and budget, a desired program of study, career intentions and make a choice.
