1. SP University.
2. Vallabh Vidhyanagar – Gujarat.

Hi Lakshya,
There is no any such colleges/university that provide degree within your budget. The minimum tuition fees is around Rs.20 lacks and plus other expenses like hostel, food facility. The overall minimum cost is around Rs.35 lacks.
