Which country should I prefer for pursuing MS? In my opinion Canada w'd be the best option considering the Job possibilities afterwards.

I've 1.3 yrs of exp as .Net developer and want to know which country(Quality-wise) & branch(Relevant Subjects) should I choose. Having 1 yr / 2 yr of exp help in attaining scholarship thereby reducing the tution fees &/or increases the chances of job opportunities after the completion of the course?
