Which country will be affordable for me to do Masters? I can afford up to 25 lacs and I have done BE in computer.

Being frank.
I will suggest you NOT to go for Masters. Rather you can refresh your skills from some classes.
Pl get suggestion from ppl who did Masters and how they doint with their jobs

Can I get job in Usa or UK after completing my Masters there in US or UK....will visa be given for me to stay there for a long

Think for Singapore. It is the best destination for engineering.

I would suggest you to go for USA to pursue MS in CSE because this will come under your budget. After completing MS, companies will offer you 90, 000 to 1, 30, 000 dollars salary in USA.

It is recommended that you evaluate German Universities for MS CSE. It will cost you less then your budget.
