Which country will be best for me? I have done BE from EXTC stream with 8.2 CGPA and I want to pursue Masters abroad.
My budget is 15-20 lakhs.

Based on your budget you can check Canada or countries like Ireland, Sweden, Germany, Finland, etc. Try Germany, it's very affordable and grades are good too.
