Which country will be better to pursue Masters in instrumentation or electronics among Germany and US?

USA universities have minor edge over German Universities for MS in Instrumentation and Electronics. But to get work visa in USA is difficult. Cost of Education in USA is very high whereas there is nominal fee in German universities. On the basis of Return on Investment, MS in Germany is a better option.
