Hello, you can consider Australia. Look out for ELICOS programs since you don't meet the IELTS requirements. You can also consider New Zealand, colleges in NZ also offer English language pathways or ESL programs to applicants like you. You can commence your studies in desired areas thereafter. Reg

Please retake IELTS because if you get 6 band or more then your chances of getting a visa increase.
