    the best course option in b. tech can be CSE, MECH, AERO. etc but the latest option cam be choosen as CSE

    The choice really depends upon your interests, your rank in various competitive exams, your 12th board percentage and what you want to do after graduation.
    Assuming you do not have any specific interest in any branch and want to grab a job with a good pay package, i would suggest going for computer science or IT. These are the hot branches now-a-days with highest pay packages (depending upon college).
    However, you need to keep in mind where your interest lies. If you like coding (C,C++), then go for CSE/IT. If you like physics, thermodynamics and engineering drawing, go for Mechanical/Civil. If you are fascinated by the electrical circui

    There are different courses in B.tech. They all are equal in terms of value in industries. Please do research and choose wherever you develop your interest.
