Which course a class 12th pass science student with 10 years of gap should pursue in order to get a job?

One of my friend passed class 12th in science 10 years ago. Now, she wants to pursue some course in order to get a job.

she can do B.Tech From CS, BCA, BSC, B.ED. She can become teacher in private school by doing B.SC and B.Ed then she can go for p.h.d, uptet etc for becoming a teacher in gov colleges or schools or for better opportunities. she can do these courses with teching in private institution at a same time s
