B.Com+LLB is preferred over BA+LLB.

It doesn't matter as at the end you have to prepare for the entrance exams and judicial services exam.

There is no factor of BA LLB and B.Com LLB for become a judge. After completion of law, you have to give judicial service exams, then you have chances of becoming judge.
