Both BBA/B.Com have good salary offers from different organizations. Generally, package varies from 2-5 lakhs. BBA-MBA/B.Com-MBA will have higher salary offers. This depends on the stream an individual pursues. Marketing has more variable pays and generally starts from 6-7 lakhs and grows to 14-15 lakhs in 3-4 years time. Finance students also have initial packages from 7-8 lakhs, HR varies from 5-8 lakhs. These values much depend on colleges and organizations coming to campus for recruitment.

Qualifications are not viewed for selecting candidates. It is a total view. All skills are important, in addition to general awareness of considerable nature. So, whatever you do, you make an in-depth study. Make yourself complete in all respects.

If you are strong in accounts, then go for B.Com. If you are strong in management, then go for BBA and MBA.

It does not matter much, whether you do BBA or B.Com in graduation if you're planning to do MBA later, as both the combinations BBA + MBA and B.Com + MBA are equivalent and does not have much difference. It all depends on your MBA that from which college you have done it and with what score and skills.

Well, I get salary related questions everyday!
Your placement offers salaries and other perks depend totally on:
WHAT YOU HAVE LEARNT IN THE programme ! AND HOW MUCH YOU CAN APPLY IN THE PRACTICAL SITUATIONS. This holds good for every job. Whenever the employers interview the students, they look for the skills according to the qualification, they don't generally compare the qualifications as such because both qualifications have different outcomes and syllabi. In nutshell, the placements are at different roles for these qualifications, it cant be said which one will get more, sometimes a better B.Com student can get more salary than even
