While all the courses of BCA, B.Tech. and B.Sc. have a great scope, the best career opportunities depend mostly on your area of interest and the specialisation you opt for. For example, you can get a great job option by pursuing a BCA in Cyber Security as opposed to doing a regular B.

B.Tech is the best choice and you can enter into any IT firm after it.
