As per my understanding, your question is if IIM A/B offers PGDM or MBA? To clarify the same, MBA in India is equivalent to PGDM. Prior to the IIM Bill, IIMs used to offer PGDM as they were not deemed as an university to offer MBA degree. But after the implementation of IIM Bill, now IIMs can offer MBA degree to its students. But again its the same thing in a new cover.
