Which course and college should I opt in Quebec which will allow me to work part-time?
10th (state board)- 84%. I cleared my +2 from commerce (CBSE) with 85%.

Hi Manav,
As an international student, you can work part time. Its a provision provided by the government. What you want to study is your choice. Please decide what to study based on your interests and then select your college. If you have no idea what to do its high time you figure out the same before investing abroad.
