You can do your master in MBA, M.Sc, MCA.
MBA and M.Sc from some good university is best option for you as both these courses have good opportunities.
Some for The good universities where you can apply are: Amrita Uni, Lovely Professional University(India's Largest Uni), Galgotia Uni.
