Which course can add value to my career?

I have completed my M.Pharm in 2011. I have worked as a professor, QA in production and Pharmacist.

    I think you should join a production job immediately to gain some experience. Any number of academic qualifications do not bring an equal advantage. Work experience is valued more and perks also increase.
