Which course can help me to reach the top managerial level among MBA and M.Tech after completing mechanical engineering?

If you want to go for a manager post in some management company, then MBA is good. But if you see yourself as a technical guy and think I am interested engineering then you can opt for M.Tech. But for MBA you need to clear CAT and get admission in one of the IIM's and for M.Tech you need to clear GATE and get admission in one of the IIT's to become great in your field. But if you want to become a manager then MBA is best.
