B.Sc. Animation Game Designing and Development or Bachelor of Science in Animation Game Designing and Development is a three year graduate program. Dear Prudhvi Manda,As you have completed the B.Sci you can go for Diploma Program In Animation-1 year program.We don't have Game Design.

The eligibility criteria for your desired programme at Lovely professional University is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) or equivalent.
