Which course can I pursue abroad with 7 band in IELTS and 40% in HSC in science (B group)? Will I get the student visa for the same?

Hello, I am afraid you are not eligible for any programs abroad. A standard is a minimum of 55%. 40% I regret is not acceptable elsewhere. Hope you have the answer. If you desire to study abroad you have the qualify. You should consider completing your undergraduate studies here in India before applying for any other country.
