You should just start preparation for UPSC. This will give you respect and responsibilities.

MA is one idea. MBA is an alternative. Preparing for IAS intensive is a good suggestion. You shouldn't waste your time.

A second class, with not less than 50% is the general qualification. There may be other rules also. Please, check from the university to which you belong.
