After B.Com you have following options:
(a) M.Com
(b) MBA
(c) LLB
(d) MCA if you had Maths in 12th board.
(e) CA, CS, CFA, CMA etc
(f) Certifications such as SAP, LOMA, IBA etc
(g) PG diplomas
(h) Job etc
