    Hi,
After completing B.Sc in nursing, you can pursue M.Sc in nursing. If you want to go for a job, then you can join as a nurse in any private or government hospital.
Hospital administrator is basically a facilitator, who has to ensure that the complex system of hospital works smoothly. He/she is also a leader, who has to lead the workplace to achieve the organizational goals and community welfare. Hence, the spectrum is wide as far as the scope is concerned, may be from a micromanagement level to the level of leadership within the community.
