M.Sc (Master of Science) This is the most obvious choice for B.Sc. Graduates for higher studies. MCA (Master of Computer Application)
MBA (Master of Business Administration)

Actually, after graduation admission in various programmes /courses depends on percentage and grades. But most important is individuals interest. If you ask me personally, as you are a PCM student, I will advise you to go for Masters programs/research in physics/chemistry or mathematics from a good University/ College. In India, we have a huge demand of academicians /teachers. Moreover future of teachers is very bright in India.
Unfortunately, a very little percentage of students are looking for higher education. It is not a good sign.
