MBA is the logical degree after BMS. In case you do not want to study further, you may do certifications based on your interest and functional specilaisation. Based on your interest courses can be recommended. You may share your interest area for appropriate advice.

It is a right decision. An additional short term qualifications is SAP SD module or business analytics will be beneficial for marketing career.
