Which course can I pursue after completing Diploma in automobile engineering to get good career prospects?
I scored 91% in class 10th and above 85% (average) in all the semesters in Diploma.

You seem to have done excellently in your Diploma. Now for lateral entry, every state has a matrix that tells you what branches of engineering you are eligible based on your branch in diploma. Else taking Diploma as the equivalent of 12th you can seek admission in any branch in the first year.
