    You have done M.Tech in Information security. CCNA is a basic certification to do beginner level network engineer job. CCNA certification will not add value to your profile. You are over qualified to be a network engineer based on your educational qualifications. You are advised to do courses leading to Information security certifications. You may evaluate ISACA certifications e.g. CISA, CISM CISCO CCNA security, etc. These certifications will be helpful for long term career as an Information Security expert.
