Which course can I pursue after completing MBA in HR and retail?
I have 3 years of work experience in the retail sector. I was in sales department.

You do not need to pursue any course unless you want to make career in academic field such as teacher. For that, you should pursue M Phil and PhD. Focus on a job, gain some experience and start attending various seminars and conclaves.
