You can pursue B.Sc Masters & doctorate in it or you can do PG diploma in food & nutrition technology in abroad. PG diploma is of 2 years & after this course you will get 10000$ to 30000$ per month. You can apply for Botanical Survey of India (BSI), National Institute of Oceanography (NIO), Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE) etc. as Project Assistant, Technical Assistant, Field Assistant or Scientific Assistant.

You try for M.Sc in an all-India Institute or a central University, like HCU. Plan for Research from the beginning. Otherwise, you can't go very far, without a Ph.D.
