MBA will be better for you if you want to go for management area but ultimately your passion and motivation matters a lot.

What is the scope of M.Des? What is the average salary package I can get?

It depends upon your interest. If you want to continue designing and technical field, then you should opt for M.Des. Whereas, if you want to move to management field, then you should opt for MBA.
