    Hi
You should either go for graduation and PG in Science subject and after through CSIR NET, you can move to govt. colleges or institutes as an academician.
Next path is to prepare for govt. exams after 12th and directly went into govt. sector.

For a government bank job, POS or block development officer is very good. You have to give separate exams and take coaching for that.

Yes, you have just passed your class 12th. There are many options ahead. If you want a government job, then you can do MBBS, which will surely lead to government job. After that, you can go to administrative services, which comes under medical section i.e. jobs that are only for MBBS students.
Once you complete your graduation, you can go for civil services, bank exam and railway exams for government job. You can do further studies and do Ph.D, which will lead you to a decent government job.
