There are many courses you can do after your 12th with Science stream. If you are a PCM student, B.Tech and B.E are the most popular courses students like to do after 12th. And if you are a PCB student, MBBS is one of the popular courses you can opt for. You can also Do B.Sc Honors in your favourite

It's totally depends "What you want to be in the coming 40 years?" As you are a Mathematics student You should opt for B.Tech+MBA for highly paid job with high rank. Rest depends on your interest :)
