Which course can I pursue after completing my class 12th to get admission in IIM?

You can pursue anything you wish, IIMs have students from all the streams ranging from BBA to engineering to Medical to Arts. So there is no link between course you pursue in graduation and post graduation.

To get into IIM, you need to score about 98 percentile in CAT exam. To be eligible for CAT exam, you need to complete your graduation in any field or stream. Since you are from commerce background, you can pursue B.Com. or B.B.A. Or any other equivalent type of graduation as per your interest.
