Hi,
In my opinion, you should join a job with related field. You can also do some certified courses such as:
1. Taxation course.
2. Corporate accounting.
3. Cost accounting.
4. Management accounting.

Hi,
Thank you for replying, but I have to ask that my main focus is to get into banking sector so don't you think a integrated program would help me better? I am hesitant that only M.com degree could provide me good opportunities.

First, you can join a job in your interest field. You can work for at least 2 years after that, you can think about any other course.
All the best.
