MBA or MMS are university affiliated programs, which means that the syllabus and grading is done by university. Degree from a good university is always preferable, as it will be recognized across the market.
PGDM are governed solely by a particular college.
PGDM will have a good value if done from a well-recognized (brand) college.
PGDM are designed with current management theories and according to the market (companies). So, the syllabus is always up-to-date.
Choose PGDM if you are getting admission in a good college. Or else MBA/MMS will be the right option.

As you have mentioned that you are doing B.Com Hons.
So, I will say that you should opt for MBA in finance from a reputed institute.
Since you are commerce student, you must be having good knowledge of finance.

MBA in finance will be the best keeping your accounting principles and affinity towards economics in mind.
