Which course can I pursue apart from MBBS after completing class 12th in biology?
I completed my class 12th in 2013. I couldn't qualify my medical entrance exam. I dropped 3 years for the same.

You can try for admission in B.Sc forensic science or genetic engineering. You can opt for biotechnology also. You can do graduation in multiple fields. You can go for hospital management course as well. You can pursue B.Sc in microbiology, etc. But, you have to check the eligibility criteria for B.Sc course.
