Hello Dear,
You have scored very very less. So, it will be difficult for you to get admission into any government or private medical colleges. You can try for paramedical courses. -

Sorry for telling this, you can't get MBBS, BDS and BVSc seat. You may have a chance for Homeopathy, Siddha or Naturopathy.
