Which course can I pursue in Germany? Which exam do I need to qualify for the same?
I scored 64 percent marks in B.Tech in ME.

As per German standards your score is quite low, but you can apply for some paid courses (95% courses are free in Germany), now you can appear in IELTS and score at least 6 band and also appear in GRE because your percentage is low.
