There are many trending technologies like Machine learning, Artificial intelligence and many more. But these courses may take time to grasp so better learn new programming languages or Internet of things or you can also learn Android App development.

During vacation, I would suggest to go for courses you are really good at (That would be easy for you to grasp on). Some suggestions would be ethical hacking, android development, machine learning,etc as such. Google about them and choose according to your preferences.
