Which course can I pursue on the basis of class 10th percentage?
I have completed class 10th (CBSE) with 72%. I got a compartment in HSC. I failed to complete HSC education.

You have a good percentage in class 10th, I recommend that you try completing class 12th. Dedication and hard work will surely land you in the right place through a Bachelor's programme. If you insist that you want to do course with 10th percentage, you may consider Diploma courses - a Diploma in engineering after which you can either do a job or pursue the Bachelors from thereon; you may do Diploma in medical and health sector, beauty and nutrition, animation and gaming sectors to name a few.
