Which course can I pursue to get a degree?

I have done class 10th and I am 39 years old. I have work experience of 17 years in the travel industry.

Hi you can complete your 12 th from NIOS. An excellent initiative by govt. take a look at nios.ac.in. Once you have successfully completed it you may pursue your graduation from IGNOU. They have a life long learning options. Happy learning and all the best.
