Which course can I study abroad? I have not passed 5 subjects of B.Tech (electrical and electronics).

SAT exam is a must and I think it's more important to focus how passionately you study.
"Ways will self-find you".
Frankly speaking, you just find good students and make a collaborative study.
Believe me, it's the best you could have.
